This site is built to be read by anyone, including with a screen reader, a keyboard alone, or large text.

What do we aim for?
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA. In practice: text no smaller than 16 pixels, everything usable with a keyboard, a visible focus ring, every button and link at least 48 pixels tall, one column that fits a phone screen, and colours that contrast strongly in light and dark mode.
How well do we do?
We have assessed the site ourselves; no outside audit has been done yet. We check every page with the keyboard alone, at 200% zoom, and on a phone-width screen; the pages carry the headings, labels and text alternatives a screen reader needs, but we have not yet been through the site with one from start to finish. Nothing on the site needs a mouse, moves on its own, or relies on colour alone. Charts have a text alternative.
What are the known limits?
- The original documents we link to are on sec.gov, which we do not control. Some are scanned images or long tables.
- Spreadsheet files (CSV) are plain data without formatting; open them in a spreadsheet program.
- Emails use the same plain layout, but how they look depends on your mail program.
